Terms & ConditionsÂ
Thank you for considering one of our kittens! We want our purchasing process to be simple, transparent, and fair to everyone. Please review the following policies before choosing and reserving your kitten.
Standard Purchasing Process
- Choose your kitten and complete our online adoption application.
- Once approved, you will receive an invoice for the $350 non-refundable, non-transferable security deposit payable through PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App.
- Once we receive your deposit, your kitten is officially reserved, and the current listed price is locked in.
- We will email your personalized purchase contract along with bank wire instructions for final payment.
- We must receive the remaining balance by bank wire transfer within 48 hours of placing your deposit.
Security Deposits & Reservations
A security deposit is the only way to officially reserve a kitten.
Our standard security deposit is $350 and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
We often have multiple families interested in the same kitten. For this reason, submitting an application, receiving approval, speaking with us by phone, exchanging emails, or telling us you intend to purchase a kitten does not place the kitten on hold.
Until we receive the required security deposit, the kitten remains available to other approved families.
Once we receive the deposit, the kitten is officially reserved, the current price is locked in, and the 48-hour period for final payment begins.
Payment Policy
Security deposits: PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App
Standard final payment: Bank wire transfer or Zelle
PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App are accepted for security deposits only and cannot be used to pay the full purchase price.
“Ready to Go” Cash Purchases
We accept cash payment only for kittens specifically listed as “Ready to Go.”
For a cash purchase:
- A $1,000 non-refundable, non-transferable security deposit is required.
- You may pay the remaining balance in cash at pickup.
- Pickup must take place within 5 days of placing the deposit.
- You must pick up cash-sale kittens directly from us.
- We do not meet at airports or other locations for cash transactions.
Need More Time?
If you cannot pick up your “Ready to Go” kitten within the initial 5-day period, limited short-term boarding is available:
- First additional week: $700
- Second additional week: $1,000
- Maximum boarding: Two additional weeks
(We will not board a kitten for longer than two additional weeks.)
Boarding fees cover the kitten’s additional food, litter, daily care, grooming, and any age-appropriate vaccinations that become due during the extended stay.
All remaining balances, boarding fees, and applicable charges must be paid in full before we release the kitten.
General Adoption Policies
We want every adoption to be a good fit for both our kittens and their future families. Our policies keep the process fair, consistent, and focused on each kitten’s well-being.
Adoption Requirements
- A completed online adoption application is required for all prospective families.
- We approve based on what we believe is in the kitten’s best interest. Financial ability alone does not guarantee adoption approval.
- We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a sale at any time before the adoption is completed.
- Kittens must weigh at least 2 – 2.5 pounds before leaving our nursery, unless the breeder approves otherwise based on the individual kitten’s age, health, and development.
- We do not offer in-home visits or meet-and-greets.
Pricing
Each kitten is individually priced based on several factors, including:
- Color and rarity
- Facial structure and overall appearance
- Ear placement and body type
- Pedigree and individual qualities
- Our willingness to part with the kitten or keep him or her for our own breeding program
Prices are subject to change until we receive a security deposit. We kindly ask prospective families to respect our pricing and refrain from contacting us to negotiate or debate a kitten’s price.
New Photos & Price Changes
Kittens can change considerably as they mature. Their coloring, coat, eye color, facial structure, and overall quality often become more apparent with age. Because of this, a kitten’s price may increase when we take new photos, even before we post them to our website. To secure a kitten at the currently listed price, we must receive the required security deposit that same day.
Discounted Kittens
From time to time, we may offer select kittens at a reduced price, sometimes around $3,500. These kittens have already been discounted, so no additional discounts or promotions apply. Discounts cannot be combined or stacked.
Why Our Kittens Are Priced Accordingly
For more than 37 years, we have dedicated ourselves to responsible breeding, careful selection, DNA testing, health screening, socialization, and maintaining high standards for every kitten we raise.
Our program includes significant investments in:
- Premium nutrition
- Veterinary care and health screening
- Vaccinations and preventative care
- Spacious, clean, enriched environments
- Professional grooming products and supplies
- Toys and enrichment
- Extensive daily care and socialization
Our goal is not to produce the least expensive Persian kitten. Our goal is to raise healthy, beautiful, well-socialized kittens backed by decades of experience. If your primary consideration is finding the lowest-priced kitten possible, we respectfully encourage you to consider your local humane society or animal shelter.
Photos & Videos
We photograph our kittens professionally and update their website photos as often as possible.
To allow us to devote our time to caring for our cats and kittens, we do not provide individual cell-phone photos, “quick pics,” additional photos, or additional videos upon request. For more candid photos and videos, please visit our Facebook and Instagram pages, where we regularly share content from our nursery.
Adult Appearance
We use our experience and knowledge of our bloodlines to provide our best professional estimate of how a kitten may mature. However, we cannot guarantee:
- Adult eye color
- Adult weight or size
- Adult coat color or shading
Kittens continue to change as they mature, and genetics can sometimes surprise even the most experienced breeder.
Cosmetic Imperfections
Minor cosmetic imperfections are not always visible in photographs or videos. For this reason, any kitten disclosed as having a cosmetic flaw or imperfection is available for local pickup only. No exceptions. This gives the buyer the opportunity to see the kitten in person at pickup and ensures transparency before the kitten leaves our care.

Age Release Message – Kitten FoundationÂ
Building a Strong, Healthy Kitten Foundation We believe one of the most important gifts we can give every kitten is a good, strong, solid foundation before they ever leave our nursery. Every kitten develops at a different pace, which is why we do not determine when a kitten is ready to leave based on age alone.
Instead, we look at the individual kitten—its size, development, weaning progress, confidence, and overall readiness. As a general rule, no kitten leaves our nursery until they have reached approximately 2–2.5 pounds and we feel they have developed the strong foundation needed for a successful transition into their new home.
Many things influence how quickly a kitten develops. The size of the parents, the number of kittens in the litter, the kitten’s individual growth rate, and especially their weaning progress can all play a role. Some kittens simply need a little more time than others—and we are perfectly happy to give them that time.
We also believe kittens need their mother for much more than milk. A mother cat has incredibly valuable lessons to teach her babies well beyond eight weeks of age. She helps teach them appropriate feline behavior, confidence, independence, boundaries, grooming habits, proper litter pan skills, and many of the little social lessons and good habits that help shape a well-adjusted adult cat. Those extra weeks with Mom and their littermates are an important part of their education.
They are learning how to be cats—lessons that simply cannot be rushed or replaced. After nearly four decades of raising Persian kittens, one thing we know for certain is that the best things in life are worth waiting for. We aren’t raising kittens simply to send them home as quickly as possible. We are raising little lives that will someday be someone’s best friend, someone’s constant companion, someone’s warm spot on the pillow—and, for many families, a tiny piece of their heart.
That’s why we never rush them. Every kitten is given the time they personally need to grow, learn, gain confidence, and become strong enough for the wonderful life waiting beyond our nursery doors. The calendar doesn’t decide when they’re ready. The kitten does.
Since 1989, generations of tiny pawprints have passed through our nursery and into the hearts and homes of families across the country. Through all those years, our promise has remained the same: Build a strong foundation. Give them all the time they need. Love them like they’re ours until the day they become yours.
